How to get worms on a beach

Grab some old pilly's or Mullet Frames (smelly of Course) hit the beach about the last 2hrs of the runout tide you will need to cut the toe out of one of the stockings for the use of tie to hand in this one put a piece of pilly squashed in it when locating Worms put feet either side of worm and keep the hand just above worm let the tide bring them up to grab the piece in hand then lift just enough to get the Worming piler on them will take time to master but patients is the name of the game when worming remember treat them with tender care or you will lose the body and be left holding the head
